great location good service
the location is great, close to paddington station. the hotel was clean and functional. the customer service was really good.

I was greeted with a warm welcome! the bed was comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. the location was perfect for getting around. i will definitely consider staying again!!!
I wasn't told that i needed to press a button to enter the building after checkout. It would have been helpful to know upon arrival at night.

the location was ideal it's a short walk to paddington station making transportation easy i found the staff available 24/7 and very willing to assist with any questions or requests the hotel offered a convenient mini fridge and kettle in the room i also noticed daily cleaning service with fresh towels
the room size was smaller than expected it felt a bit cramped for luggage and moving around freely

I found the staff quite nice and attentive. The room included a mini fridge, microwave. free coffee and tea. The location suited my needs well (especially access to transportation). The hotel was clean. it provided fresh towels daily.
The bathroom was quite small, offering limited space around the shower.
